OUR
PROCESS, for all
painted shutters begins with "FAS" Grade Poplar wood. ( finest grade available) Specialty woods for stain are: Oak, Maple, Cherry, Birch, Walnut, Pine, Mahogany or any Hard Wood of your choice. |

OUR FRAMES are hand cut and built with the same species of wood throughout the entire panel, to ensure consistency between the Shutter Louvers and the frame. |

WE USE A "L & Z" FRAME, that incorporates a light stop which gives the consumer the ultimate control to regulate the light passage into each room. ( The "Z" frame is perfect for shallow windows.) |

JOINTS are cut with
craftsman precision to yield the tightest fit. This ensures frame stability adding endurance for generations to come. |
